So for anyone who is still confused of how to get Blur working, I tested some stuff and found the solution.
1. the Blur file as usual (I used Blur_Win_ISO_USA_EN.FR.DE.ES.IT)
2.Extract the CD from the Zip
3.Install the game as per usual
After installation you will be met with the “insert the original disc instead of the replacement disc” (Same message for diff languages) when trying to run blur, so here’s the extra step
4. Blur Windows NoCD v1.0/1.2 (I Used 1.2) add-on under
additional files section
5.Extract the application within this zip
6.Replace the application that was produced from previous installation with this application!
7.Finally enjoy the game
